Will there be a cash point on site?
There will be either a cash point or cash back facility on site.
Are credit cards accepted on the gate?
Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.
Do I have to pay for my kids?
No kids 0-14 are free of charge.
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs are not allowed – except assistance dogs.
Is there a bar on site?
Yes, there is a bar on the main show site during the show opening hours.
Are there food units on site?
There are many food units on site open throughout the show day
Can I bring my own food and drink?
You can bring food into the main show site but not acoholic drinks. No restrictions apply on the camp site. DO NOT DRINK DRIVE ON SITE.
Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?
Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?
As part of our commitment to make the VolksWorld Spares Day accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent PIP form showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions. If you have take out refund protection please visit the website where you will be taken through to a refund process.
Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?
Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 10.00am at the higher price.
I've bought my ticket but is it secure?
Yes, totally. Each number on the barcode is unique and can only be scanned once. You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving license) along with your ticket clearly printed to gain entry. We will validate your ticket for entry. If for some reason you are unable to provide sufficent ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.
What do I do if I want to buy a ticket for a gift?
You will be asked during the transaction who you are buying the ticket for, you must type in the recipient’s name here. They should bring the confirmation email, ticket and relevant ID to confirm they're the named recipient given during the order.
My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?
Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team (details below)
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
Entry is FREE for children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.
Why haven't I recieved my ticket?
If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, don’t panic! We have a ticket collection point by the ticket booths at the entrance, where a member of staff will be there to help. Please bring with you your confirmation email and we will be able to issue you with the correct tickets at the event.
Is there car parking available?
Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge
Is there disabled parking?
Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshals will direct you
Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?
If you have a classic air cooled VW, vintage camper (air or water cooled) or a modern transporter and would like to put it on display at the Spares Day please send your name and ticket booking number, together with your vehicle make, model and registration to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are part of a club and would like to park with other club members please also provide your club name.

Can we camp the night before the show?
You must pre-book your camping using our ticket website. You can arrive on Saturday from 15:00 until 21:00. You must also have a ticket per person for the show which can be purchased in advance or on the gate.
Are there toilets on site for campers?
Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs. Please note there is NO access to an Elsan point.
Are there showers on site?
Yes, there are free showers available
Are there electrical connections on site?
No, there are not any electrical hook ups available.
Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home/tent?
Yes you can bring any of these. You must book one ticket per camping type, including tents. Camping will be on hardstanding with limited access to grass.
Is there a family/quiet campsite?
No, the camping area is mixed.
Can I park my car next to my tent?
Yes you can park next to your tent.
Can I leave site and then come back in?
Yes, during show hours there will be limited movement.
Do children require a camping ticket?
No, they are free to children under 15.
Are BBQ’s allowed on site?
BBQ’s are permitted as long as they are off the ground.
